Recruitment Process

TENDER365 process of recruitment and selecting consists of a number of stages which includes completion of an Application Form in which candidates are required to provide information about their personal details, past work history, right to work status in the UK, qualifications, experience and names and addresses of two professional references, one of which must be from current or most recent employer etc.

TENDER365 does not usually accept applications made by CV, except for specific posts.

All candidates applications are matched against job descriptions and person specifications for the posts applied for and those suitable are shortlisted and offered a face-to-face interview from which most suitable candidates are selected.

After the selection, professional references and enhanced CRB checks are undertaken.

Upon fully satisfying the above, employment is formally offered to the successful candidates.
